Services / Integrations
A store that is not wired into your back office is just a brochure. This is the work most agencies skip, and the work that decides whether your store actually runs your business.
The six systems
Six categories, one connected pipeline from checkout to your back office.
Orders become clean invoices and ledger entries automatically. We built our own accounting integration layer, so month-end closes itself.
Stock, purchase orders and multi-location inventory synced between your store and your ERP. No more overselling what the warehouse does not have.
Customer data flowing into your CRM, segmented and consented. Abandoned carts, win-backs and campaigns that run themselves.
Gateway setup, webhooks, refunds and reconciliation done right. Every payment matches an order, every refund matches a return.
Carrier integration, label generation, tracking updates pushed to customers on WhatsApp and email.
Catalogs, orders and payment links inside WhatsApp. We run this in production on our own platform.
What we integrate
Some of these we run ourselves, every day. Some are a well-documented API away. Some need a phased plan before anyone gets a quote. Here is where each one sits.
These are not checkbox claims. We operate these integrations on our own commerce platform, processing real orders.
Full lifecycle, including webhooks, refunds and reconciliation.
Catalogs, template messaging, in-chat ordering, automated order and shipping updates.
Product and order sync with external systems.
Order to invoice to ledger automation, credit notes, government e-invoicing mandates.
Provider-neutral adapter, labels, tracking, bulk manifests.
Order confirmations, shipping updates and account emails that land in the inbox.
Product images and media served fast, worldwide.
The same engineering pattern pointed at a well-documented API.
Deep ERP work starts with a paid scoping phase, so you get an honest plan instead of an optimistic quote.

Questions
Yes. We built our own accounting integration layer so orders become clean invoices and ledger entries automatically, without manual entry at month-end.
It means your store stock, purchase orders and multi-location inventory stay in sync with your ERP system in both directions, so you never sell what the warehouse does not actually have.
Yes. We build catalogs, orders and payment links directly inside WhatsApp, and we run this ourselves in production on our own platform.
Gateway setup, webhooks, refunds and reconciliation are wired up so every payment matches an order and every refund matches a return, rather than being tracked by hand.
We reach for an existing connector first when it meets what you need, that is faster and cheaper to maintain. When it does not, because of a non-standard API, a legacy system, or a workflow the connector cannot express, we build custom middleware instead. You get an honest answer either way, not a connector forced to fit.
Admin or developer access to the systems we are connecting, a sandbox or test environment where one is available, and someone on your side who can answer field-mapping questions, what a status, SKU or customer record actually means in your systems.
Tell us what you are running today, accounting software, ERP, CRM, whatever it is. We will tell you honestly what connects cleanly.
